Aluminium-Zweikammergehäuse
With the Ex d concept, the terminal compartment is one compartment of the Aluminium double chamber housing. From there, a pressure-tight glass leadthrough conducts to the real terminal compartment. This compartment is completely intrinsically safe, i.e. the intrinsically safe electronics are used. This is why the indicating and adjustment module PLICSCOM is used, the instrument can be opened and adjusted on this cover in Ex area (current-carrying).
